Welcome
We are happy to announce The Minto Skating Club's bi-annual Gala "Under The Big Top". All skaters are invited to participate. The cost to participate in the show is $25 to offset the cost of costumes, ice, choreography, etc. Please click on the Gala Registration button below to register.
When registering, please indicate your child’s size for costuming. You may also be asked to provide tights or a bodysuit, for example, depending on the costume requirements.
There will be two shows, an afternoon show at 2pm and an evening show at 6pm. All skaters will participate in both shows, and must arrive at the rink by 1:15pm on show day. We ask that skaters do NOT leave the facility between the shows, dinner will be provided. The duration of each show will be approximately 1hr 30 mins.
Parents are not permitted in the dressing rooms during the show, other than the volunteer dressing room attendants. We need many volunteers for various tasks; please see the Volunteer page for the positions and to register.
Everyone, other than the skaters and volunteers who are participating in each show, will require tickets. Parents often volunteer for one show and purchase a ticket to watch the other show. Tickets will go on sale March 4th.
